The seal of Bergen County, New Jersey. Used for identification, assumed fair use. Not GFDL. Taken from [1], converted to PNG, fixed transparency. I believe this image may be copyrighted since the original was created for the county's web page, even though I believe the seal may date from pre-1923 times. I believe this is fair use.
