Bernardin Mungul Diaka, born in 1933, was the Prime Minister of Zaire from 1 November 1991 to November 25, 1991. He was appointed by Mobutu Sese Seko and considered a moderate.[1] He was also a governor of Kinshasa from 1992 to 1996.
