Bernard is a French, animated TV show, centered on the fictional polar bear, Bernard made by the Korean company RG Animation Studios. The video clips are focusing on the bear's curiosity and have many moments of slapstick. Bernard never actually says anything intelligible. In Korea, Bernard is known as Backkom (Korean: 빼꼼 Ppaekkom, which means "gaze".)
Bernard is accompanied in the cartoons by a few other characters: Lloyd the penguin, Zack the lizard and Goliath the chihuahua. He usually dies at the end of an episode, due to some calamity caused by his bumbling.
