I removed part of it which was incorrect, likely due to someone copying wrong. He did not die in the Battle of yorktown.

Is he any relation to Abraham Lincoln?

In the absence of any visible proof we have to assume he was not. It would, however, be fairly cool if he was.

I'm fairly certain that Benjamin and Abraham Lincoln share a common ancestor in Samuel Lincoln, one of Hingham's first settlers. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 161.253.27.187 (talk) 17:49, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
