- If you examine the URL, it looks like the title of this page is actually not "Bene decrees". It has another character in it (0xC29A) which isn't being printed. I suspect that the nominator wants it deleted as it would be impossible for someone to type this name in, since it contains non-printing characters. Pburka 01:57, 10 October 2005 (UTC)

- which is a control code, what i'm wondering is how this was created, it can't be from before the UTF-8 conversion as that would have mapped 9A to the corresponding character from windows-1252. My guess is I created this after the conversion to fix an incoming link from somewhere (interwiki or otherwise) and therefore i would advise recreating it though i cba to do it right now.
