This article needs to be edited down. Alot of the information is duplicated elsewhere. For example there is no need to talk about Mr Mulligan here as there is a Mr Mulligan section. Same with the DGA-15. Focus on the Howard and cut out everything else. --Abaddon 13:53, 27 June 2006 (UTC)
Someone should spin the DGA1-2-3-4-5 off into seperate articles i.e. DGA-3 (Pete)
