I have gone for this license because it allows for commerical and non commerical use but does not allow Derivative Works. My reasoning for this is that this is a photo of a person and would not want the photo edited to make them look different.

Can you suggest another license to use?

Regards

All images must allow derivative works. If you want another license, you may use {{PD-self}}, {{GFDL-self}}, or another type of CC such as {{cc-by-3.0}} or {{cc-by-sa-3.0}}. Carlosguitar 04:03, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
