Benteler AG is a Management Holding Company, coordinating three legally independent, internationally active business divisions Automotive, Steel/Tube and Distribution.

Benteler is one of the 100 largest industrial companies in Germany. Benteler was founded in 1876. Since than four generations of the family have lead the business. Today the company is still in family ownership. Benteler is not only one of the largest independent automotive suppliers, but also an important steel tube manufacturers in Europe.

Today, Benteler employs 22,000 persons at 150 locations in 34 countries. Since its foundation and still today its headquarters is located in Paderborn, Germany.
