Bent Penny Records is an independent record label based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Bent Penny Records was founded by members of former Canadian rock band, Staggered Crossing, Julian Taylor & Dan Black in 2004. Taylor and Black met with long time friends Derek Alldritt and Mike Unwin to help flagship the label.
