Benslow is a district of Hitchin, Hertfordshire. It is located near the railway station and has Pinehill Hospital (private) in it. Benslow district is not very old; the oldest houses being late 1800s. Pinehill Hospital was used as a convent home in World War 2 and so red German trees were planted nearby; many of which still stand. In the 1990s a new housing estate was built on the area.
