Benrik Limited is the brain child of Ben Carey and Henrik Delehag^[1]

Benrik has published a number of books, most notably the "This Diary Will Change Your Life" series from 2004 to 2008

The 2004 and 2005 books gave day by day tasks aimed to improve the life of the readers.^[2]

Followed by the books 2006 to 2007 which give weekly tasks still aimed at improving the life.^[3]

Also Created by Benrik Ltd is the This Book Will Change Your Life and This Book Will Change Your Life Again; these are the American equivalent of the diary.^[4]
