Benjamin Hardy (born September 21, 1974 in Sydney) is an Australian professional volleyballer. He plays as outside hitter. Before coming to Jastrzębski Węgiel, Hardy played for 5 teams in Italy, 2 in Germany (a.o. Evivo Düren) and Knack Roeselare in Belgium.

Benjamin Hardy is captain of the Australian national volleyball team.

Since 2008, Hardy plays for Jastrzębski Węgiel in Poland
