Benedict of Sausetun (or Benedict of Sawston) was a medieval Bishop of Rochester.

He was from Sawston in Cambridgeshire.[1] He was a canon of the diocese of London from 1196 and held the prebend of Neseden.[2] From 1204 he was precentor of London.[3] He was elected to the see of Rochester on December 13, 1214[4] and was consecrated on either January 25, 1215 or February 22, 1215. He died on December 18, 1226 and was buried on December 21, 1226.[1]
