Ben Butler is a rock and roll musician and music journalist based in Melbourne, Australia.
He is a former music and features editor of Beat magazine and the Australian Big Issue, one of the founding editors of Slashdot-style music news web site Rocknerd, and writes a music industry column that is syndicated to a number of street papers including Inpress. He is also a founding member of the band Jihad Against America.
