[edit] Pending AFD nomination

I'm strongly expecting that I will nominate this article for deletion via the WP:AFD process shortly, unless improved or merged someplace suitable. Wikipedia:Notability (fiction) is the primary guideline as to what articles on fictional topics are appropriate for Wikipedia. Please review it, and if there is significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject (broadly understood as the Babylon 5 franchise - so not the TV show, it's producers, the DVD sets, the films, the websites of any of the above, etc...) and secondary sources (again, not the TV show, the DVD sets, the films) then the article should be rewritten to reflect the coverage in these independent and reliable secondary sources. If there aren't reliable independent sources, but there are reliable secondary sources (a webpage for the show describing all space craft would be secondary but not independent), then the content should be merged to some other article which can meet the guideline. List of Babylon 5 topics might help find an appropriate merge. If there aren't any secondary sources, then the content is original research which contravenes the policy prohibiting the inclusion of original research, and has to be deleted. Right now, the article looks like original research. But I'm pending the deletion to give an opportunity for those who know the topic to find sources and determine whether or not it can comply with our guidelines. The folks from the Wikiproject (box above) might be able to help figure out what the right answer is. GRBerry 02:48, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
