This is a screen shot taken from the television show "the outer limits", it used as an object example of a character whom played a notable part in a wider social phenomona. The image is used in only a limited number of pages and in context where it is directly relevant. The screen shot is low resolution and thus below the threshold for comercial use, the image has also been displayed a significant number of times across multiple media and across multiple countries. Thus it's limited use will not infringe upon the copyright holders earnings or detract from the original image.

The image is used only on two pages: Greys and Betty and Barney Hill abduction. In both cases the image is essential to the readers understanding as the visual elements of the contents are being discussed directly (a visual representation is essential for this). Specifically, this image is commonly credited (see page text) with being the inspiration for the creatures reported in one of the best known alien abduction stories, and is widely credited with being the original grey alien that went on to inspire later UFO abduction accounts.
