I created this image myself. Because the image is from 1902 artwork, any copyright that it had years ago is now expired and has been automatically placed in the public domain by copyright treaty.

The Bell logos, past and present, are registered trademarks owned by the RBOCS in the US, and Bell IP Holdings internationally-X570 (talk)

It's used in Bell Canada to illustrate the company's visual history and identity. MBisanz talk 20:55, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

It seems perfectly clear that any possible copyright has long since expired; the logo is in the public domain. However, it is still quite possibly a valid trademark. The question is thus whether this is trademark fair use, which is dicussed in some detail at Wikipedia:Logos.
