Belhard Group is a Minsk, Belarus-based and ISO 9001-2001 certified IT-holding, composed of more then 10 branch establishments with more then 30 activities. The parent enterprise Belhard Group (joint-stock company) was founded in 1994 by Igor Mamonenko and Andrey Grigortsevich.

The parent enterprise is a member of Minsk Department of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry [2] and the silver partner of Hewlett-Packard [3].

In 2006 Belhard Group became a participant of the Fourth Annual Survey on Russian export market of software products, services and solutions made by RUSSOFT, a multi-national association of software companies of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. [4]

In 2007 BelHard Development (holding division) was registered as a resident of the Belarus High Technologies Park (Belarusian analog of the American Silicon Valley). [5]
