[edit] before he cheats
The song sounds so familiar, I'm sure I've heard the melody before. Does anyone have any idea where the song's author took the music from? 141.213.181.226 23:46, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
To all editors of this page:
Is it possible to remove chatspeak in this article? For example, instead of typing "5th," try "fifth." Wikipedia is meant to be an online encyclopedia, not an instant message service where we could type out shortened versions of words.
I think the video ended too early. I wanted to see the part where the police arrive and take her to jail. 4.244.57.247 14:31, 29 July 2007 (UTC)
Could it be mentioned somewhere how this song is an example of a song that is terribly overplayed? You can't escape this abomination.
DO WE HAVE PEOOF THAT BEFORE HE CHEATS FELL OFF THE HOT 100 BECAUSE 2 WEEKS AGO IT WAS NUMBER 47 ON THE HOT 100 AND THEN LAST WEEK THIS PAGE SAID THAT IT FELL OF THE CHART AND FIND IT DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE IT FELL 53 POSITIONS IN ONE WEEK AFTER BEING ON THE CHART FOR SO LONG AND BECAUSE OF ITS HIGH POSITION IN THE ADULT CONTEMPORARY CHART —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.139.92.58 (talk) 22:21, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
- Songs in the top 50 of the Hot 100 are automatically removed after 20 weeks. (That's from memory, so numbers may not be exactly correct; the note appears at the bottom of the chart each week.) Mapsax (talk) 01:46, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
- Corrected From "Recurrent Rules" in the Charts Legend (follows the chart section in the magazine; I'm using the December 22, 2007 issue):
Songs are removed from the Billboard Hot 100 and Hot 100 Airplay charts simultaneously if they have been on the Billboard Hot 100 for more than 20 weeks and rank below No. 50. [snip]
