Bedford Central School District is located in Northern Westchester, New York approximately 45 minutes north of New York City. The District is composed of seven schools - Fox Lane High School, Fox Lane Middle School, Bedford Village Elementary School, Bedford Hills Elementary School, West Patent Elementary School, Pound Ridge Elementary School, and Mt. Kisco Elementary School - serving students from Bedford Hills, Mt. Kisco, Bedford Village, and Pound Ridge. Currently the superintendant of the district is Dr. Debra Jackson, however they are searching for a new one. Each elementary school services one town/village except for Mt. Kisco and West Patent, they both service Mt. Kisco. The middle school, high school, and administrative buildings are all on the fox lane campus, near Interstate 684. The campus includes 2 soccer fields, another multipurpose astroturf field, a track that encircles the multipurpose,and several baseball diamonds.
