Although this image is subject to copyright, I, User:Asdfasdf1231234 believe it's use here constitutes fair-use because:

  1. The image is a low resolution depiction of the official logo of a company who have an article and are discussed on Wikipedia, this image is the official company logo and as such represents the company.
  2. The image is only being used in the above mentioned article.
  3. The image is low-resolution.
  4. The image is not intended to imply any form of ownership of the logo.
  5. The logo is still the property of Beatties/House of Fraser.
  6. The low resolution image is not suitable for piracy.
  7. The logo is being used to represent the company to increase reader's understanding for critical and educational reasons.
