On Wikipedia, editors are encouraged to collaboratively create an encyclopedia. Generally, the only rule is don't be a dick, but because people's definitions of dickery are subjective, there's WP:AGF, WP:BITE, WP:NPA, WP:CIVIL, and of course, WP:NCTRDASM.
