I'm a Belgian born research geologist specialised in African tectonics, geochronology and GIS / remote sensing

I'm an avid fan of the following authors: Neal Stephenson and Alastair Reynolds

I enormously enjoy British humour in form of Red Dwarf, Monty Python, Blackadder, Bottom and Absolutely Fabulous.

I strongly believe that we'd get a lot further in life if we are willing to share knowledge, show compassion, have an open mindset and lend a helping hand once in a while. Wikipedia is a good start !!
