The translation "And lift up for you the colours

   of His Heaven, white and blue!

is wrong. It ought to be "And preserve the you the colours"

"Lift up" would be "er halte hoch"

As far as I understand it (being born in Bavaria), the current translation for

Dass mit Deutschlands Bruderstämmen
einig uns ein jeder schau

which is

That with bonds of German brotherhood
United we are with each display

is wrong. In this context, "schau" is subjunctive form of "schauen", not the noun "Schau" (which is written with a capital letter by the way). And "Deutschlands Bruderstämme" refers to the other "tribes" that lived in Germany that time (like the Saxons etc.). However, my English is too bad to translate these two lines in a way that sounds like correct English and does not reorder the two lines.

A free translation would be

(So) That everyone views us (as if we were/are) united with (the other) germany's brotherhood tribes
