Description

West of intersection of Bay and Albert Streets, Toronto, Canada, with City Hall in background. Archives notation:"The location may be Eaton's parking lot. The team of horses may be clearing a site for a new building." In 1960s, Nathan Phillips Square and new City Hall would be constructed at this location.
