[edit] Description

The Bayshore Greenway is a favorite of locals, especially joggers, runners, skaters, and bikers, for its scenic views of the bay and 4.5 miles of the world's longest continuous sidewalk[1], which starts on the north at Columbus Statue Park and ends at Gandy Boulevard. Bayshore Boulevard also is the site of Tampa's annual Gasparilla parade.

[edit] Entertainment

The nearby SoHo entertainment district terminates into Bayshore via South Howard avenue. Bayshore's northern terminus segues directly into Downtown and Channelside Drive via the Platt street bridge.
