Bay High School is a public secondary school located in Panama City, Florida, U.S.. The school serves about 1,500 students in grades 9 to 12 in the Bay County School District.

Bay High School has a diverse population. Student demographics are as follows: white 67%, African-American 25%, Hispanic 4%, Asian 1%, and others 3%. Approximately 40% of Bay High School students qualify for free or reduced federal meal program.

During the 2007-2008 school year Bay High's old tornado mascot was deamed unsafe and tore down, but on friday 5-23-08 a new tornado was erected.
