[edit] German Fourth Army

The WL directs to the following: "The 4th Army (German: 4. Armee Oberkommando) was a field army that fought in World War II." I'm afraid I don't have enough knowledge as to whether there was or wasn't a German 4th Army in WWI but there appears to be a discrepancy here. Anyone able to help please?
