I am not sure. I found his name in the book, and it is not my spelling mistake. Can you please look through lists of Russian admirals through the time and check for similar names? --Ineffable3000 22:41, 16 December 2006 (UTC)

I think it is an alternate spelling for Fyodor Ushakov. --Ineffable3000 22:42, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
