First of all, British troops of the 52nd Lowland Division served here, so this was not a "Canadian" battle.

Secondly, the Allied troops never managed to break out of the bridgehead. There's no way this can be considered a "Canadian victory."139.48.25.61 (talk) 19:28, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
