[edit] Misao/Pixy Misa?

Magical Girl Pretty Sammy also has a character named Misao Amano, who looks and acts exactly like the Misao from BPS. I feel like there's probably a connection there that should be mentioned, but that's the extent of what I know about it. Anyone have any reliable sources on the connection?
