I have removed this sentence: The unprecedented earthworks and expropriations may affect Basque agriculture. It looks like it comes from the Spanish or Basque Wikipedia, I have to check it, but it is absolute nonsense and pure POV. First of all, "unprecedented" is POV, and false. There are plenty of motorways in the Basque Country, some of them more than 30 years old, that sureli implied earthworks and expropiations, and the effect on the Basque agriculture will be limited to the farms affected... and of course in yet to be measured. I know this is the "Criticism" section, but this sentence states these things as facts, not criticism. It may be turned into some say that the unprededented.... but then we would need a citation.
