Barry LeFarge was educated at Jerkwater University in lower Rhode Island. He majored in Fake Journalism with a minor in Shoelace Tip Application as insurance against a writing career that doesn’t work out.

The original works of LeFarge date back to his days covering the beanbag circuit here in Chicago. It was Barry’s story about steroid abuse in the beanbag league that made him one of the top fake journalists in the game. He’s covered topics ranging from teen pregnancy to the trial of the Marine accused of violating the Geneva Conventions by giving a detainee candy.

Mr. LeFarge has worked for a number of prestigious fake newspapers including, the Beardstown Observer-Journal, the Podunk Times-Journal-Express and the Finkelstonbergville Tribune-Journal-Picayune.
