My inability to reduce my activity here for a while is extremely disappointing and frustrating, and probably a symptom of some larger psychological problem. So, I'm going trying as hard as I can to go cold turkey. I plan to not check this talk page at all until June 1st. I plan to not check my Wikipedia email at all until June 1st. Starting... now. This appears to be the only way.

I've asked an admin or two to keep an eye on my talk page, so any previous actions I've taken that need addressing can be dealt with. However, it might be quicker for you to find another admin to help you, or post to WP:AN or WP:ANI. --barneca (talk) 19:23, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
