Talk:Barry Nelson
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I thought I remember Barry Nelson being an expert bridge player also. For some odd reason, I was under the impression that he had passed away in the 70s, but I may be mistaking him for another Barry Nelson. Anybody have additional information?

Barry Nelson the actor is alive and lives with a women named Nancy Hoy or Foy, I do not know if thay have ever married. The two of them have for years patronized the east coast antiques shows and are well known to the dealers who participate in those show as a friendly albeit extremely eccentric couple. Barry's health has deteriorated significantly in the past year or two. I saw him last in April of 2006 and he seemed to be somewhat addeled and frail.Robredrobred 02:23, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
I saw mrs nelson last week at The American Antiques Show in NY and at the Washington shoreham antiques show two weeks prior, she said that barry was doing better and he was to be a good a new in no time, but who knows. Last november he could barely walk.
[edit] 89??????????????
The Associated Press article says he died at 89; then how could he have been born in 1920?
By the Way, what does he have to do with Norway? ----UTito
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Casino Royale VHS Cover.jpg
Image:Casino Royale VHS Cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Plagiarism
This page is taken almost verbatim from the obituary linked at the bottom from MI6.co.uk. The only basis for retaining the page is if the obituary writer posted it here. J S Ayer (talk) 03:55, 20 February 2008 (UTC) db-copyvio|url=http://www.mi6.co.uk/sections/articles/obituary_nelson.php3
Or, ye gods, did they plagiarize Wikipedia? J S Ayer (talk) 03:57, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
I have disarmed the plagiarism warning, as it appears from comparison with the last version before Mr. Nelson's death that Wikipedia was plagiarized. J S Ayer (talk) 04:07, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
