Actually, everything written here is true because I run a website for Barry Brown and can verify the information.

I was very surprised to find Barry Brown listed in the category "Suicides by firearm", as the only Barry Brown I had been aware of was the reggae singer (http://www.roots-archives.com/artist/121), whose death was, IIRC, from heart failure (certainly from natural causes and not a suicide).

As i had never heard of the US actor Barry Brown, i think a disambiguation page is therefore needed...

I agree. The reggae singer is perhaps the best known of the two worldwide. Really this page should be moved to Barry Brown (actor), and a dismbiguation here. There is, however, no wikipedia page that I can find for the singer (I'll add it to my TODO list), so until that exists there is no need for a disambig.--Michig 15:06, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
