I'm a fan of Barrett's work, but this page reads like a total fanboy wrote it. Any chance we can get a more objectively-written page?

--Just to comment, the entire page is taken word for word from his biography on his homepage.

There appears to be no copyright claims on the page containing his biographical information. --Ozgod 00:40, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
"No copyright claims" does not make the information public domain. As per current US (and most international law) copyright is an opt-out system these days, rather than opt-in. The page is by defailt "owned" by whomever wrote it, and if this article is still a verbatim copy it is in definite violation of WP policy, and most likely in violation of the law. Not to mention, it is incredibly tacky and, by its very nature as an "official" biography, likely violates NPOV. ChrisStansfield Contribs 16:55, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
