Zac Efron stars in Barney everytime i wrote that someone says it's vandlism and it's not.I'm Not A Fan Of It But I Was Watching It With My Child And There was Zac Efron so I Stayed Threw The Credit's And His Name Was There.So It's No Vandlism.

In multiple Barney DVDs there are special features. In the special features there are biographies of the dinosaurs and actors that explain that Barney is a t-rex-I think it's on "More Barney Songs" and "Barney's Halloween Party"

Is barney really 2 million years old? That sounds like vandalism to me, as there are no sources to back it up, and I have never heard barneys age refered to in the shows. --69.202.74.108 23:01, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

I agree it needs to be edited, there is quite a bit of vandalism on this article and as a parent of a four year old I am offended.

He actually has said himself he's over 200,000,000. Try looking it up before you judge SonicHOG (talk) 23:02, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

In my opinion it would be unwise to classify this article as not notable. It provides very useful background on the show that is not included in the main Barney and Friends article; the notability of the show is well established by its wide dissemination and high viewing rates as well as the large amount of external coverage and discussion of it (some of which is mentioned in the Barney and Friends article). This makes the cast and characters, who are not discussed much in that article, notable as well and deserving of inclusion (e.g. the other dinosaurs are not described there); since it may be a bit cumbersome to merge this list into Barney and Friends, it seems advisable to keep this article as it is.
