[edit] Added Two Unincorporated Communities

I added Hall, West Virginia and Rangoon, West Virginia (known as Boulder to the locals) to the list of unincorporated towns. They do in fact exist, although very tiny (to say the least). I assume the reason they weren't included is because they are such tiny little communities and aren't known very well outside of the region. :-) -WikiFiend90 01:09, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
