Description

Deutsch: Der Zellkern eines aus normalen menschlichen, weiblichen Fibroblasten wurden mit dem DNA-Farbstoff Dapi (blau) angefärbt, um das Barr Körperchen, also das inaktive X-Chromosom anzufärben (Pfeil). Außerdem wurde eine Sonderform eines Histons (macroH2A) mit Antikörpern nachgewiesen (grün). Diese Sonderform ist im Barrkörperchen stark angereichert.
