Barton on Sea is a coastal village situated in Hampshire, England. There is no obvious consensus for capitalisation and hyphenation: Barton on sea and Barton-On-Sea both being common.

It is effectively a suburb of New Milton.

The village is separated from the beach by a cliff although there are connecting paths. The cliffs are frequently used for paragliding. At the eastern end of the village is the Barton-On-Sea Golf Club.
