Barry James Truman (born 4 June 1989 in Basingstoke) is an English football centre forward currently playing for Fareham Athletic F.C. in the English Conference South.
Truman began his career as a trainee with Fareham Athletic in the summer of 2005 as a 15 year old. Truman played no first team games during the whole of the 2005-2006 season, however, was a first team regular during the last campaign - notching an incredible 44 goals and 35 assists. Truman is rumoured to be interesting a number of top flight clubs. Sunderland, West Ham and Portsmouth have all shown an interest in the wonderkid, but he's a lifelong Everton fan and still has his heart set on a move to Goodison park.
Truman's half-brother, Chris WHED is a lifelong Uber Sunderland fan, so the mackems still hold out some hope of signing the 18 year old goal-scoring sensation.
