Barron Lerner (born 27 September 1960) is an American physician and historian.
Lerner teaches at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. His book The Breast Cancer Wars: Hope, Fear and the Pursuit of a Cure in Twentieth-Century America, was named one of the 26 most notable books of 2001 by the American Library Association.
