Barrie Hall is an English comedian most well known for his role on Balls of Steel called the Annoying Devil. On the show, Barrie dresses as a devil and annoys members of the public in a number of different ways. He replaced Jason Attar for the second season. As of the end of the third series, he has appeared in eight episodes of Balls of Steel.
