Baron Brecon

Baron Brecon, of Llanfeigan in the County of Brecknock, was a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created on 30 January 1958 for the Welsh businessman and Conservative politician David Lewis. He was Minister of State for Welsh Affairs from 1957 to 1964. On his death on 10 October 1976, the barony became extinct. He left his wife Mabel, Lady Brecon (1910-2005), and his two daughters, Lindy (died 1999) and Janet.
