Barbara Kola or Kolanka (of Dalejow) (end of the 15th century-1550) was a Polish noble lady.
She was married to the magnate of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania Jerzy Radziwill since c.1515 and gave birth to the Queen Barbara Radziwill in 1520.
