Image:Stanford.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. [edit] Permits Identify Theft

Consumers need to be aware that The Bank of the West permits managers at their branches to direct their employees to steal account information from other banks. In response to such a complaint regarding the Customer Service Manager at the Covina Branch directing one of her employees to steal a person's information from the branch of another bank, a Bank of the West executive responded it is a personal issue and of no interest on the part of the Bank of the West. Despite complaints to the LA County Sheriff, no law enforcement action was taken.
