Matthew, what is your source that pancreatitis is the cause for Bangungot? Also, my link supported Brugada as a cause of Bangungot in the Philippines also! What are you getting at? JFW | T@lk 01:48, 23 October 2005 (UTC)

Since bangungot also seems to be prevalent in other East and Southeast Asian countries, perhaps this space can be turned into a redirect for the more general term Sudden Adult Death Syndrome or Sudden Unexpected Death Syndrome. Noelle De Guzman 16:17, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
