The article is written in an overly promotional tone. It needs to be much more general, providing facts about when it was founded and what the festival's scope and purpose are. It also needs to be much less date sensitive, and written in a manner that will not make it seem outdated. — WiseKwai 06:53, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
