Made by Kpalion on August 15, 2006, based on the specifications in and attachments no. 1 and no. 3 to the Coat-of-arms, Colors and Anthem of the Republic of Poland, and State Seals Act (Dz.U.05.235.2000), and the Signs of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland Act (Dz.U.34.154.1993)
